Incredible Hay Yields

A farmer and his wife bought an abandoned 80-acre farm, the pastures were overgrown with weeds and saplings, but underneath that growth was a thick base of Bermuda grass. A Soil Sample was done and found the pH was low, so they applied AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer and AGGRAND Liquid Lime, with an environmentally friendly herbicide. The result were dramatic, Weeds started dropping and the grass was growing strong. They’re first cut yielded 97 thousand-pound round bales of hay. This was about twice the yield of other area farms.

Immediately after the first cut, they re-applied the AGGRAND Natural Ferillizer and AGGRAND Liquid Lime. The summer began very dry in this region. They had very little rain after the first cut, but the fields stayed green and growing. AGGRAND Natural Organic Fertilizers is a long term investment in your crops and hay fields. It’s easy to apply, will not burn grass or pollute ground water. It promotes root growth by revitalizing the soil and will increase production and drought resistance.  Unfortunately, years of applying chemical fertilizer and drought conditions are taking their toll. It is common for farmers to use 14-14-14 chemical fertilizer and higher nitrogen levels. The crops and pastures become more dependent on rain as the soil is stripped of its nutrients.

Weeds Help With Soil Problems

Understanding why a particular weed is growing in a garden or field can help a grower figure out how to control it. Weeds will often contain high amounts of the minerals that the topsoil is lacking, and they can be the key to isolating a particular soil problem. For example, the presence of certain weeds can indicate soil compaction, low fertility levels, excess soil acidity or alkalinity, or the absence of certain key nutrients. Many of these soil problems are the result of the use and overuse of agricultural chemicals. These toxins, for that is what they are, gradually deplete the soil of its biological life, slowing decomposition, reducing nutrient availability, and increasing soil compaction. Earth-worms are soon discouraged and the life seeps slowly from the soil. Weeds are nature’s way of helping to rebuild damaged soil and showing the observant grower just how to do it. Besides being good indicators, deep-rooted weeds can bring scarce minerals back up to the surface and make them available to crops via decomposition.

This is simply a continuous, natural soil-balancing process that increases the level of organic matter via microbial activity. Gardeners and farmers have adapted to this process by delegating certain weeds, called green manures or cover crops, and using natural fertilizers to return nutrients and organic matter to the soil, encourage increased microbial activity and root growth, and attract a healthy earth-worm population. Make conditions less favorable for a variety of weeds by using AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer to encourage microbial activity and speed up decomposition and nutrient availability. Weed pressures can often be reduced by balancing the phosphorus (P) to potassium (K) ratio to about 2:1. Use equal amounts of AGGRAND Natural Liquid Bonemeal and AGGRAND Natural Kelp and Sulfate of Potash (about 2 oz each/gallon of water per 25 square feet) for soil balancing. A soil test is recommended to establish astarting point.

Natural verse Chemical Fertilizers

A farmer planted corn on july 1, He used three ounces of AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer for every gallon of water and applied it to the soil after seeding. He also planted corn using his regular chemical fertilizer. He applied the AGGRAND fertilizer two more times as foliar application, once when the corn was 14 to 16 inches tall, and once more when it was tasselling. The chemical fertilizer was also retreated. After treating this corn with AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer it really took off.

By September 2, the AGGRAND corn was between six and seven feet tall. The corn that was given chemical fertilizer was only three feet tall. He has done a lot of field experiments with other fertilizers, but never seen anything work as well as the AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer. He also does deer and turkey food plots and will be using AGGRAND Fertilizer for these plots. The AGGRAND Fertilizer is so impressive that people slow down to look at his corn and food plots. Then they stop and ask what he did to get them to look so well.

Antioxidants Aren’t Just for Humans

Ascophyllum extracts are effective in disease suppression through increased activity of protective enzymes (antioxidants) that target oxidizing ‘ toxins’ produced by the disease pathogen. This increase in the plant’s ability to ward off disease is called systemic acquired response (SAR). Kelp is also high in potassium (K), which regulates osmosis and cell pressure and reduces the susceptibility to insect and disease attack. It also stimulates rooting, photosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, starch formation and the movement of sugars through the plant tissues, which means better tasting fruit and vegetables.

Studies have shown that the introduction of microbes into plant growth cycles generates an anti-oxidative environment in the soil. This in turn can lead to an increased accumulation of antioxidants in the plant tissues, contributing to the general state of health. This is what AGGRAND Natural Fertilizers have in them.

About The Company

AMSOIL INC. the maker of synthetic motor oil and Lubricants, doesn’t just leave the responsibilities of environmental protection to the products; the company itself is diligent in making efforts to keeping the earth clean. AMSOIL recycles virually 100% of the corrugated trays and packaging boxes that come into the facilities, equaling  several tons of recycled cardboard each month. All used steel drums and all “clean” plastic bottles are also recycled. AMSOIL is in the process of exploring how to recycle used stretch wrap and banding as well.

The AMSOIL Center was originally a grocery distribution warehouse, which required 109,000 ft of refrigeration and freezer space and 6.2 miles of copper pipe. Since AMSOIL did not need the refrigeration systems, the feron and the copper pipe were recycled before moving into the space. In addition to the copper pipes, the AMSOIL Center came fully equipped with office furniture. Instead of tossing the furniture into a dumpster to be hauled off to the land fill, AMSOIL partnered with an organization named Common Ground and donated it to 38 different non-profit organizations.

The advanced lubricity (slipperiness) of AMSOIL synthetic motor oils has also been proven to increase fuel economy. This reduces dependency on foreign oil and overall fuel consumption. AMSOIL also manufactures gasoline and diesel fuel additives that improve performance and fuel efficiency. AMSOIL P.i. Performance Improver Gasoline Additive maximizes fuel efficiency by dissolving and removing fuel system deposits and other contaminants for improved power and overall performance. It also reduces hydrocarbons up to 15%, carbon monoxide up to 26% and nitrous oxides up to 17%.

AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate Performance Fuel Additive improves performance, fuel efficiency and longevity of diesel engines while reducing deposits, black smoke and emissions. It improves fuel economy by cleaning dirty injectors and restores horsepower.

AMSOIL INC. has been dedicated to helping reduce negative impacts on the environment. AMSOIL was the first to  recommend 25,000-mile/one-year drain intervals. By safely extending drain intervals, AMSOIL synthetic lubricants  dramatically cut the amount of oil consumed and emissions produced. This is not a new fad that AMSOIL is jumping on board with; it is the way AMSOIL has always operated.

In addition to the extended drain intervals, AMSOIL Synthetic Motor oils are specially designed to provide superior protection for engine components, extending the life of the engine and reducing the need for replacing engine parts. They are also thermally stable with a strong resistance to high temperature volatility (burn-off), preventing sludge deposits and keeping engines clean. Low volatility and clean operation reduce oil consumption and emissions.

A dealer uses AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer in patented hydroponic stackers to grow a bountiful garden. The stackers are soil-less top fertigated growers and are automated with a seven-day timer and pond pump to run two minutes a day. It supplies AGGRAND fertilizers mixed in rain water that he recover from the roof gutter to two barrels. One is used as a drain back recovery to reuse the nutrients and water that drains from the bottom of six-high stackers mounted on pipe poles, to create a space-saving vertical organic vegetable and herb garden.

Every month he adds two quarts of AGGRAND Natural Fertilizer, one quart of AGGRAND Natural Kelp and Sulfate of Potash, and one quart of AGGRAND Natural Bone Meal. He foliar feed every 10 to 14 days early or late in the day. He is experimenting with a new hybrid sweet corn. In the field it takes 55 gallons of water to produce one corn stalk and pounds of fertilizer. Organically grown tomatoes fed with AGGRAND Natural Fertilizers have a flavor unmatched in the supermarkets.

A  Dealer shared results of his comparison gardens between AGGRAND Natural Fertilizers and Miracle Gro. He planted both gardens with cucumbers. He planted a control garden used the same soil as the AGGRAND fertilizer. It receives the same amount of sunlight and water. The same seeds were used to start off  in the house on April 1.

He first measured the plants on May 26, the AGGRAND fertilized  cucumbers were three inches longer, and much healthier looking, darker green and are not scarred. The vines for the Miracle Gro garden were 32 inches long and the vines in the AGGRAND garden were exactly twice as long, 64 inches.

3,000 mile oil changes are a thing of the past, and using AMSOIL Synthetic Motor Oils will protect your engine, increase performance and reduce the amount of waste oil produced. Be sure, also, that the oil change facility you use recycles used oil regularly and legally.

Keep your tires properly inflated. Tires should be inflated to the pressure recommended for your vehicle (this information can either be found inside the door frame or in the owner’s manual). For every 3 pounds tires are below recommended pressure, fuel economy goes down by about 1 percent. Tires can lose about 1 pound of pressure in a month, so be sure to check the air pressure regularly, especially before carrying heavy loads or taking long trips. Underinflated tires can also detract from handling and safety, and can shorten the life of the tires.
